After playing 17 years in the NBA - and winning NBA Rookie of the year, NBA Sixth man of the year, a USA Gold Medal, and two NBA Championships - Mike wanted to utilize his unique knowledge and insight to guide today’s athletes to long term success on and off the court - in a different and more innovative way than the NBA’s current representation landscape. Mike played alongside some of the best and brightest stars in the game, under some of the most renowned coaches, and worked closely throughout his career with some of the top current front office executives across the league. He reached success in every facet as a player and a teammate.

From draft to retirement Mike’s ability to understand all experiences unique to a professional basketball player is unparalleled.
